Ideal and cosy place for work groups, this space allows to be creative together. As the house is by a lake, this is possible to swim. You can also hike, cook, relax and work. This place offers a beautiful landscape in the Uckermark, compared with the village church, a stone building from the 13th century. Upstairs a gallery with sofa and daybed invites you to relax. There is also space for yoga or Pilates exercises. If you are looking for optimal peace and quiet, this place is for you! There is 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 7 Bedrooms : - 1 Large Double Bed - 1 Double Bed - 1 Double Bed - 1 Large Double Bed - 1 Large Double Bed - 1 Large Double Bed - 1 Large Double Bed Sheets and towels are available on request for 12 € per person. Bicycles can be organized. Just ask us. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house freely available. Please, no reservations for parties or bigger festivals, the house is not suitable. Smoking can be quite outstanding on the terrace but not in the house. Approach: Seehausen - Uckermark : The nearest train station, 7 km away from the house. From Berlin it takes about 1.5 hours by train and by car.
